  1. Take the EQ-I Assessment: Get a detailed picture of how balanced your 15 EQ competencies are

  2. Initial Coaching Session: Define terms, clarify questions, review assessment results, begin personal application

  3. Second Coaching Session: Develop an actionable plan for next steps to take in specific areas revealed in the assessment
